Patsy Vick

Vice-President, Mia’s Children Foundation USA

Patsy Vick met Mia in 1997 while on a mission trip to Romanian orphanages during the time Mia served as a translator. A year later, when Mia’s Children was founded, she joined in wholeheartedly!

She now serves as the U.S. Vice-President of Mia’s Children, visiting Bucharest often on behalf of American donors. She has spent her vacation days in Bucharest 11 of the past 12 years, helping the group and learning from Mia the current needs and situations that go on there.

Patsy and her husband Ray live in Walls, MS, and have children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren that they have helped raise over the years. She enjoys doing mission work with her church and teaching English as a Second Language weekly. She also works as a rental manager at a forklift company in Memphis, TN.

Patsy feels incredibly rewarded by her time with Mia’s Children: “Never in my life would I have thought that I would be allowed to witness God’s everlasting love through these kids, Mia, and Costel.”
